It’s the most delicious rainy day here and Ive just returned from an adventure with my parents up to Protester Falls in Widjabul Country. It’s a long winding track to get up there, I am always amazed at how quickly you can be completely submerged in nature. Protester Falls is spectacular, and today it was framed with soft mist and rain dropping from the vast canopy above. It was just what I needed after a lot of time in resistance this month. So lets go for a walk together through the moss filled trees, stepping though fast flowing streams and over the shiny rocks, until we are finally standing at the base of the falls attuning with all the elements and soaking up the negative ions.
