This is where the fun really begins! Work with me to create a one of a kind, handmade piece so you can step out into the world wearing your activism on your sleeve! Be immersed in your own mythology as your custom wearable art piece is created from reclaimed fabric, garments, and talismans.on to the construction of the garment. At this stage, I am offering the workwear vest (as seen on here on Vesture No. 01) and the cropped army jacket (as seen here in Vesture No.03).

Shipping
All Poetic Vesture comes with an activation oil blend and ritual. All items are shipped via standard post with insurance. If you would like something express, then let me know and I will add it to the listing.
Sizing & Returns
For Bespoke items sizing will be as requested. One-off pieces will come with measurements. I am happy to return any items that dont fit and will refund the purchase ammount minus shipping costs.
Caring for your garment
Secondhand items contain imperfections, they will show signs of wear. They may have holes, stain, and rips. This is what I love so much about second hand and what I think makes them unique and full of character. I will do my best to describe things accurately in the listings. They are suitable for spot cleaning only as most talismans can not be machine washed. If you have any concerns, please get in touch, and I will do my best to resolve them. These items are all handmade artworks and will show the hand of the maker, me! I love things that show the labour that is involved in the process!
Payment Options
If your unable to pay upfront, then there is an option to pay a deposit of $150 to begin the design process. Once I proceed to the construction phase payment will need to be made in full, less the deposit. The deposit covers the concept design process and, as such, is not refundable if you should choose not proceed to the construction stage.
FAQ
Q: How long does it take from paying a deposit to receiving my garment?
A: This will vary, but I will provide you with an estimate prior to starting the process. I aim to have it complete within 6-8 weeks depending on what objects I need to source for the Vest.
Q: I missed out on an item, will there be more listed?
A: unfortunately, designs are all unique and can't be replicated but I can make you a bespoke garment. Make sure to sign up for the mailing list to get updates on new garments before they go live.
My Commitment
The Elemental Wares is the start of a new journey for me, exploring ways of design and making that embrace a circular economic model. My goal is to create garments and objects that become heirloom pieces and through their design and construction, cause no harm to people or the planet with the hope that in time, the whole garment/object will be biodegradable. I'm not there yet, but I commit to any customer to return a garment to me for reuse when it has reached the end of its life with them. I take responsibility for all I put out into the world.
Reciprocity
It is very important to me to create a space of giving and receiving, a socially conscious enterprise that is based on a foundation of reciprocity. That means that 10% of the profit from each item that is sold through the store or my patreon, will be donated back to the collective.
